The Waiter[1] is a server at Harryhausen's in Monstropolis. He is a thin, purple monster with several long arms, which he uses to carry multiple platters when serving customers.

The Waiter was working at Harryhausen's on the night of Celia Mae's birthday date with Mike Wazowski. He walked by them after retrieving food from the Chef.
